The Economic Development Officer (EDO) is responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of SEED's Strategic Action Plan. The EDO has a lead role in identifying, developing and promoting opportunities that advance economic development in the RPGA (Rhineland, Plum Coulee, Gretna, Altona) region.
